Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

• International: 7–20 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Delays
While we do our best to deliver orders on time, NovaTrend is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. NovaTrend is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at khalil533@yahoo.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
